Castro brings more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry to O’Brien’s Public House. Prior to her 4 years with the Pub, Christine worked at Kieran’s Irish Pub in Downtown Minneapolis.

Scott and Jody O’Brien have called Shakopee, MN home for more than 20 years now. After a lot of dreaming and learning more about their Irish heritage, Scott and Jody opened O’Brien’s Public House in the spring of 2016.
